Terms of Service

Service Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe yard access on scheduled service days. Gates should be unlocked, pets should be secured as needed, and hazards should be reported before service.

Weather and Yard Conditions

Service may be delayed or rescheduled because of unsafe weather, heavy snow, flooding, blocked access, aggressive pets, or other conditions that prevent safe cleanup.

Rates and Payment

Rates may change without notice. Payment terms are based on the service type selected. First time service may require prepayment and any initial cleaning charge.

Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate contact, address, pet, and yard information so service can be performed safely and efficiently.

Limitation

Only Green Grass provides pet waste removal services. We are not responsible for pre-existing yard damage, landscaping issues, escaped pets due to pre-existing gate or fence conditions, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
